feat: Quality and standards improvements

This PR makes the following changes:

• Updates the sample to use the gmp-map element.
• Updates info window code to use textContent (it's XSS safe now).
• Changes the location of the sample to the San Diego Zoo.
• Adds an infowindow to show select place details.
• Adds a googleMapsLinks.placeURI to demonstrate this newly introduced place data field.

Adding the infowindow better communicates the intended function of the sample.
