feat: Implement dynamic column resizing and content-aware width calculation in LogTable
This PR introduces substantial improvements to the LogTable component, resolving several spacing and layout issues by calculating more accurate column widths and implementing custom column resizing logic.
Dropped maxWidth constraints from several column configurations now that lengths scale dynamically.
