Use of `serde_json` `arbitrary_precision` causes incompatibility issues with other dependencies using `serde_json`

I see that there is already a PR for this (#327) but it hasn't been updated in almost a year.

I'd love to see this merged as we are trying to add gorules into our project but having arbitrary_precision on is causing a lot of compatibility problems with other dependencies.
