Add support for multiple ED2K links

Thanks to @federico-zb for the initial PR implementation!

• Updated server to handle multiple ED2K links in a single request
• Changed input field to textarea for better multi-line editing
• Enhanced UI placeholder to indicate multiple links support (one per line)

Improve Statistics charts and database maintenance

• Show day-month format on chart axes for 7D and 30D views
• Update tooltips to use formatted labels for better readability
• Reduce database cleanup retention from 365 to 30 days (aligned with displayed ranges)
