[Feature Request] - Add Version to Health Check

This feature would have the health check refer the version of the Gotenberg instance, with an aim to enable integrations to identify requirements and limitations.

I don't think that's the goal of an health check endpoint to display the version.

The goal of an endpoint is to exchange information. While you could create a new endpoint to report system characteristics it seems like extra effort for no reward. That’s often why healthcheck type endpoints provide system status information.
