As per the
README.mdthis adds pre-patched versions of missingfast_404andclamavmodules to allow pre-release D9 builds to build and test.This is only temporary until 9.x releases are available on drupal.org. Patching cannot happen via traditional composer means (
composer.jsonchange not accounted for during dependency lookup)
