Add PeerTube channel address to the list view

The feature

There's a few organizations with PeerTube channel address (P12622). I think we should highlight that by adding the icon in the country list view.

Why?

This would be part of the NLNet Fediverse grant.

Not among those we have published already. Possible additions may be the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision and the European Union Agency for the Space Programme.
