🇸🇿 Add Eswatini

Description

Mostly followed #641 for the structure.

Add basic data about Eswatini:

• all state-level ministries with websites and socials
• all regions
• all districts (tinkhundla)
• chiefdoms (imiphakatsi) are currently not mapped in wikidata

Really cool project! I hope my contribution is of value to you, even though I didn't go all the way in setting up snowman and testing. The sparql query seems to return what it's supposed to. If this isn't it, do feel free to drop. :)

Just one quick question. Is it a typo in either eswatini.rq or countries.rq? In one it is called "inkhundla" and the other "tinkhundla" with a starting t.
Once we figure that out, it looks good to go!

Thanks for the quick review! From what I can gather, that's how plurals are formed in swazi

• inkhundla -> tinkhundla
• umphakatsi -> imiphakatsi
