Adds our current domain model ERDs.
This is to help us to have something to refer to as we analyse and decide upon how to model supporting Welsh (and other) languages in our forms in the future.
We probably don't need one for Runner but I included one anyway for consistency.
These were generated by temporarily adding the main branch version of the Rails ERD gem (because there hasn't been a release for several years) and using the Mermaid generator option.
