Update Go packages to latest versions and fix compatibility issues

• google.golang.org/genproto/googleapis/rpc: Updated to latest version

Compatibility Fixes

• Go version: Updated from 1.24.3 to 1.24.4 in go.mod as requested
• Field naming: Fixed TlsEnabled → TLSEnabled in redis.go to follow Go naming conventions and resolve linting issues

Verification

• ✅ Build succeeds with no errors
• ✅ Linting passes with no issues
• ✅ No breaking changes detected

The package updates were applied using the existing make update command, ensuring all dependencies are properly updated and tidied. All changes are minimal and focused only on updating packages and fixing the resulting compatibility issues.
