However, we ain't actually HTML, its lop-sided due to all the HTML for JS unit testing.
So yea, github linguist fix requried.

Linguist says:

The percentages are calculated based on the bytes of code for each language.

According to that formula, and this is just Properties > Size check, we have:

33.7kB of JS test code, and
29.7kB of HTML.

And that's just the test code

Why does HTML still have a 58.7% share?
