Fork notes:
- TT release branches now inherit the app-server rollout overlay, so TT builds include the rollout fixes.
- Local Rust dev builds on this fork were tuned to complete in about 3m20s on this machine.
- Fork release maintenance now uses local build/install helpers and a simpler release workflow.
The fork tag and release branch both point at the rebuilt TT release commit.
