  • Introduces the use of GoReleaser to automate the release of the cortextool binary
  • Introduces a new version command

I don't have a plan of the other binaries just yet, but those are on a less regular cadence than cortextool. We'll figure it out when the time comes.

This is an example of how the release page looks like but I'll have to re-create it once this is merged.
