Sets the complete monolithic instance to read-only
Mode: RO
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Targets=all,Index-Gateway
Expected behavior
Other components should still be able to write.
Environment:
- Infrastructure: Loki 3.5, monolithic, RHEL8
