- Custom User-Agent headers on all HTTP clients (Grafana, Incident, OnCall, Alerting, Loki, Pyroscope, Asserts)
- UserAgent() helper and variadic NewUserAgentTransport() for clean API
- Format: mcp-grafana/{version} with automatic version detection
