This pull request updates the Docker build and push workflow configuration in .github/workflows/build.yml to use a newer shared workflow version and adds a new runner type setting.

Workflow configuration updates:

  • Updated the referenced shared workflow in the uses field to use commit 6b59374893555bf476179dfeb96013b80406102f instead of the previous commit, ensuring the workflow uses the latest changes from the shared workflow repository.
  • Added the runner-type: github parameter to the workflow configuration, specifying the runner environment for the build process.
