Implement `caml_binaryen_module_update_maps` in js api

I notitced that `caml_binaryen_module_update_maps` is just stubbed in the js api we should implement this whenever it gets added to the binaryen js api.


Blocked: `updateMaps` does not exist the in binaryen api.
