Scope

• Resolve remaining row-join workaround dependency for IC11 shape under direct GFQL path.

Done when

• Lane no longer reports gfql partial with #880 issue_ref.
• Fresh rerun on latest master shows ok or a narrowed non-[FEA] GFQL bindings_table (row bindings) from chain using Yannakakis prune #880 residual.
