Hive Console MCP Server

I would love to see an MCP server that gives us access to schema registry stats that we can give our agents to understand usage of the GraphQL schema that can help us detect breaking changes before CI checks run on those. I know we could use the CLI for those, but also it would be nice to understand how a field is being used to understand the impact of a change and give your agents access to do that.

Is this something that you think would be a first party thing supported by the Hive console itself? Or would it be better as a community driven package that can just be installed externally?

Hey @kdawgwilk, we recently built a MCP plugin for Hive Gateway. We will soon introduce a way for serving MCP tools from Console App Deployments.
