If references are not as greedy, activating a bundle with an ExecutionStrategyProvider / InstrumentationProvider / GraphQLErrorHandler will be ignored. Since these services are used at each query and do not impact the schema creation, it is also possible to set them as dynamic to avoid a restart of the bundle.
