Add `align` property to legend settings

Support the ability to draw the legend in the left, right and upper parts of the chart

@korvin89 Hi, may I attempt to implement this feature?
Could you please clarify the requirements for the legend option?
Here are some steps I propose for implementing this feature:

• I think it would be good to add specific tests for legend config.
• Need to add one new property, align, to specify a size for secondary axis. To do this, I should use width, without renaming the property.
• Add two variants for align: bottom (default) and top.
• Rework getFlatLegendItems, getGroupLegendItems, and getPaginatoin methods to allow switching boundaries (max height and width) for correctly inserting items into the legend.
• Extend the align property with left and right variants.
  PS: the plan to implement may change as I learn code more deeply.
