Release 1.0.0-rc01

Initial release candidate for test purposes.
Has support for the following use cases:

• Support for connecting to a database using IDatabase implementation;
• Support for connecting to multiple databases using named IDatabase<TName> implementations;
• Support for managing database transactions using IDatabaseSession and IDatabaseSession<TName> implementations;
• Support for executing SQL into the database, either for mutations (ExecuteAsync) or reads (QueryAsync or QuerySingleOrDefaultAsync) using IDatabaseSession and IDatabaseSession<TName> implementations;
• Helpers to register dependencies into the Microsoft dependency injection container;
