Issues with workspaces

Great tool, especially now in the times of the usage apocalypse!

When using Claude Code with --workspace the tool fails to detect metadata such as model, context, tokens or turns (memory usage is detected). To reproduce just start any session with --workspace and see the difference.

Addendum: it also show no git metadata for worktrees.

Thanks for reporting! The root cause is that claude -w (worktree mode) stores transcripts under the worktree path (e.g. ~/.claude/projects/-Users-user-project--claude-worktrees-branch/) instead of the original project path, so abtop couldn't find the metadata.

Fixed in #4 — added a fallback that scans all project directories when the primary lookup misses. Git metadata (branch, added/modified) is also parsed from the transcript, so it should be resolved as well.

Tested locally with claude -w test-workspace and confirmed model, tokens, context, and turns are now detected correctly.
