Can't seem to format the sdcard. Sienci SLBEXT with recent firmware.

Error 85 is formatting failed, odd you did not get associated message - could be a sender issue.
Anyway, when I format a Verbatim 16Gb card with a SLB I sometimes get error 85 but not when I format the same card with my Nucleo64 board. So it might be a hardware issue, I see that the SLB does not have pullup resistors on the SPI bus which the SD card breakout I am using with my board have. Not sure if this is relevant, a search brings up conflicting info. It could also be a board layout issue?

Try a different SD card first, and if the issue persists, contact Sienci Labs via https://sienci.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Just tried 3 other SD cards, same error. I'll make a post on the beta firmware discussion as well.

Ok, the official firmware works properly uploading files to SDCard. Unfortunately it's missing Durapulse GS20 VFD support.

When I compiled 20260331 myself, it doesn’t work. Not totally sure why. Here’s the only differences I can spot via $I.

$I is identical output at the beginning. Here's the meat where there are a few differences.

ATCi plugin should not affect any SDcard core functionality, it's keepout and IO's.

I have now reduced the SD card SPI clock - I hope this helps.

Further testing showed that copy files over USB worked, but not ethernet.

As for formatting, will try it next time I compile.

This could be due to the SD card and ethernet chip sharing the SPI bus so could be tricky to debug. For some reason transferring files via FTP works when transferring via the network. Both gSender (AFAIK) and ioSender switches to FTP when available.

Transfer via ethernet has been fixed. ioSender will still fail with a WebSocket connection due to a sender bug.
