Add to Playlist

testet on Samsung S21 5G, Android 15

I want create an Playlist on my Samsung phone.
I hold it vertically (normally) in my hand. (Image 1)

Only when I turn my phone horizontally I see “Create new playlist.” (Image 2)

Thanks for reporting this and for testing on Samsung S21 (Android 15).

This is a known layout issue affecting some Samsung devices. It appears to be related to how Samsung handles screen size/orientation constraints in portrait mode.

The "Create new playlist" button should be visible in portrait as well; it is currently misplaced due to layout constraints.

I’ve also noticed that the mini player layout is slightly misplaced on Samsung devices for the same reason. Both issues seem to be caused by incorrect inset/size handling and will be fixed together.

This was first noticed on a Samsung A14

I’ll work on improving the responsive layout so everything aligns correctly in vertical orientation.

The UI-related issues on Samsung devices have now been fixed, and the improvements are included in the latest release.
