0.7 Better polling and controller test menu
Polling rate should now be more even across the board. I'm not sure how close I can get it to being completely uniform, but I'll continue to mess with the numbers. Polling rate is a good bit higher now, as well, somewhere around ~1400hz. Polling rate outside high reads should now be ~120hz.
Controller test menu got a rework. Still not happy with it, but its more visual now, and (imo) more usable.
An internal change was made that allows the use of a USB Gecko for debug logging. This isn't enabled in normal builds, but should make debugging of weird issues easier in the future.
NOTES:
- There's a weird bug that's causing the polling to not get set sometimes, and I have no idea why.
- Logic for pulling controller data from the system is unchanged, so its still only storing inputs around every 1ms. I need to figure out a way to have the code wait for a new poll from the system.
- Tests are still unconfirmed. I'm also thinking that the pivot test in particular is outright wrong.
