I'm the founder and CEO of Paragon9 — a boutique Microsoft Partner focused on legacy application modernization, custom .NET development, and AI integration for mid-market businesses.
20+ years in production. Every system I ship is designed around one question: what happens when it breaks?
The P9 Rule:
Infrastructure is the only thing that survives a crash.
Everything else is decoration.
| Service | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Legacy .NET Modernization | Rescue or rebuild aging line-of-business apps on Azure PaaS |
| Custom Software Development | ASP.NET Core, C#, EF Core — built to last, not to demo |
| Azure Migration | Lift-and-shift to PaaS, with post-migration optimization |
| AI Integration | Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot adoption |
| DevExpress XAF/XPO | Listed consulting partner — WinForms + ASP.NET |
| Managed DevOps | Subscription-based engineering team — no project overhead |
| Power Platform | Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse |

"You don't need perfect conditions to build something real. You need structure, discipline, and a clear understanding of what matters."
I run an operational framework called Radical Reconstruction — the idea that total-loss events (a failed system, a crisis, a crash) are mandatory diagnostics, not endpoints. You rebuild from what survived. You discard what was weak. You design for the failure mode you just experienced.
This philosophy runs through everything I build at Paragon9: systems designed to stay online when the operator goes offline, infrastructure built to outlast the technology cycle, and software documented well enough that it survives the person who wrote it.
The source code for this philosophy lives at P9Source.com and GregScottKirk.com.
Public repositories coming. In the meantime, some work is documented below.
