v0.11.6 pydantic fix

fix(sdk): add arbitrary_types_allowed for LlamaIndex Pydantic model

The MemoryGraphChatMemory class uses MemoryGraphClient as a field type,
which Pydantic can't generate a schema for by default. Added model_config
with arbitrary_types_allowed=True to fix the test collection error.
