RNAtools

RNAtools is a Python package for the manipulation of RNA files.

Example usage

dot2ct conversion function with pseudoknots:

$ dot2ct tester2.dot foo.ct

ensembleRNA to file converter:

python ensembleRNA_parser.py ref_MT.fa ref_MT.csv .
