Dot Merlin Experiment

Tiny example project to experiment with ocamllsp outside of the dune. You have to start ocamllsp with the argument --fallback-read-dot-merlin, and the dot-merlin-reader executable must be installed (e.g. install the dot-merlin-reader opam package). Build the project with make and then LSP should work in editors (provided they've been configured to pass --fallback-read-dot-merlin to ocamllsp).
