* desktop fixes for gridstack#1757 * fixed resize inside nested grid sending event to parent (for a drag) as well * fixed long standing issue that nested items how resize handle as well as parent (prevent event from bubbling up) * fixed dragging out of sub-grid and back into a different spot going initial location instead
