IESO Price Location Fix

Summary

• Removes the :HUB from the "Location" column for the IESO virtual zonal LMP datasets
• Removes the :LMP from the "Location" column for the IESO intertie LMP datasets

The motivation behind this is to standardized the IESO pricing location names. In some places, the virtual zonal locations are suffixed with :HUB and in others they are not (example NIAGARA:HUB vs NIAGARA). In some places, the intertie locations are suffixed with :LMP and in others they are not (example WC.PRAIRERANGES_MISI:LMP vs WC.PRAIRERANGES_MISI).

This PR removes those suffixes.
