5. Update all README files and docs to reference uvai.io

Acceptance Criteria

• https://uvai.io serves the Video-to-Anything product
• https://api.uvai.io serves the FastAPI backend
• Old URLs redirect properly

• api.uvai.io → Cloud Run FastAPI backend (via Cloudflare Worker proxy) ✅
• SSL: Let's Encrypt (uvai.io, www) + Google Trust Services (api via Cloudflare wildcard)
• DNS: Cloudflare (nameservers: andy.ns.cloudflare.com, sofia.ns.cloudflare.com)
• Redirects committed in apps/web/vercel.json (commit e339969)
