This update addresses critical system-level stability issues, eliminates desktop resource conflicts, and restructures directory monitoring paths for an optimized user transition environment.

Key Improvements

• Multi-Instance Resource Shield: Integrated a native kernel-level file descriptor lock (fcntl.flock). The core application now checks the system workspace state upon initialization to immediately intercept and terminates duplicate process launches, eliminating potential desktop layering freezes.
• Directory Conflict Resolution: Relocated the live wallpaper asset tracking root path from ~/Pictures/... to ~/Videos/.... This isolates application processes from the Cinnamon desktop environment's background file indexer, resolving the exit race condition that previously caused temporary blank display canvas dropouts.
• Synchronized Window Cancellation: Overrode native application dialog cancellation structures (reject) within the Control Center interface. Hitting the frame-level close controls ([X]) now accurately triggers the automated gsettings desktop re-layering routine, keeping window manager layers aligned.
