add showoutput to strace plugin (and --show-output flag to minidock)

this enables to show the output of the simulations; it is useful for cases such as tensorflow that outputs a URL to which it is possible to connect

add includefolder to scripts plugin

in previous versions, copying all the folders (e.g /usr/lib/python2.7) used to include in scripts was mandatory (just in case any module was not used during the execution). Now it is optional (the default option is not to include these folders)
