Schematic capture, high-speed PCB layout, signal integrity analysis, power architecture, DFM/DFT, and full fab output for mission-critical hardware platforms. Reference board design, prototype validation, and hardware design review as a service.

Secure boot implementation, TrustZone, embedded cryptography (Mbed TLS, wolfSSL), UNECE R155, EU CRA compliance, and threat modelling for connected automotive and industrial systems.

Unit and integration testing (TESSY), MISRA C/C++ and CERT C static analysis, HIL and SIL simulation environments, requirements-based testing, and system-level validation for safety-critical software. Code coverage analysis and qualification evidence generation.

Test bench automation, production flash programming (SEGGER Flasher, gang programmers), power profiling and energy characterisation (Joulescope), protocol analysis (CAN, I2C, SPI, USB), and automated validation infrastructure for manufacturing and R&D environments.
