Feedback requested: contributor standards vision (please comment on #3232)

I opened #3232 to gather feedback on a proposed contributor-standards pass for GSD.

Short version:

• make CONTEXT.md + accepted ADRs part of the contributor contract
• add a VISION.md that explains the standards and ADR governance
• require contributors using AI agents to prompt them to read those docs first and cite what they are following
• keep ADR authorship/final wording maintainer-owned
• socialize this now, likely tighten expectations around the 1.50 line rather than enforcing it immediately
