3. Daily briefing: Morning AI market summary, runs automatically

The GSD version of the story:
XLI P/C hit 5.32. Checked the data. 98% was $0.01 lottery calls on CEG. Filtered it out. Signal: extremely bearish. No analysis paralysis — just automated signal → alert → decision.
