renamed imports, moved our 'solver.variables' to 'org.chocosolver.solver.variables' two test cases fail. Configuration class is gone, using Settings
Migration to Choco 3.3.0
most changes due to numbering of unique ids changed from global consecutive to individual numbering and due to individual scopes. Also, unnecessary refToUnique were changed to refTo - should increase performance.
