docs(pt-BR): add Portuguese wiki pages and refresh EN for current CLI Add pt-BR siblings for all seven pages (Home, Installation, Command-Reference, Architecture, FAQ, Troubleshooting, Development), each cross-linked with its English page and listed in the sidebar. Also bring the EN pages up to the current CLI: scan --class, --json on doctor/ports/speedtest, monitor --quiet, the s sort key, and the events.jsonl size bound.
