Description

Upgraded the Dockerfile to include latest versions for Maven, Npm and Go ecosystems.
Python ecosystem is suported by providing pip feeze --all data and pip show data for all packages (base64 encrypted) to EXHORT_PIP_FREEZE and EXHORT_PIP_SHOW environment variables

@IlonaShishov Everything is good.
Just 2 slight changes required in comments of new PIP env vars.
Please change and i'll approve and merge.
