Add SDK guides Move the detailed documentation out of the README into wiki pages: - Use Cases, Questions, Responses, Custom Response Models - Configuration, Retry Policy, Errors - Logging, Security, Concurrency, Examples Adds a sidebar for navigation and a footer with project links.
