v1.9.417 — generalize contract verify field validation (9th review, UR-0123)

Opus finding: contract verify field validation was hardcoded to the tick. prefix, so general specs with a ## Fields section were never checked. Now recognizes ## Fields (or ## 필드) section bullets as field names, section-scoped to avoid false positives. selftest 162 to 163, e2e 416 to 417, zero regression.
