- Record docs/images/hero.gif using tuirec --inline with a pwsh demo script that runs --help, greet --json, info --cat, and --opencli. - Update scripts/HERO-GIF.md to match the actual working approach (inline mode with a multi-command script, not keystroke-driven). - Remove docs/images/.gitkeep (replaced by actual hero.gif).
