Task tracker CLI, built only with native Node packages.
The project uses the latest version of node (at the time of this development, v23). You can use nvm to install it and use it:
nvm installClone the project to your machine, and cd into the directory.
Run the following command to make the task-cli alias available:
npm linkAdd this to your Bash/Zsh configuration file:
source /path/to/this/project/completion.sh
The list of commands and their usage is given below:
# Adding a new task
task-cli add "Buy groceries"
# Output: Task added successfully (ID: 1)
# Updating and deleting tasks

# Marking a task as in progress or done

task-cli list in-progressEach task should have the following properties:
- id: A unique identifier for the task
- description: A short description of the task
- status: The status of the task (todo, in-progress, done)
- createdAt: The date and time when the task was created
- updatedAt: The date and time when the task was last updated
This is a practice project that is suggested as a beginner project in roadmap.sh.
