ComputeRemovalSpan now consumes whitespace-only lines after each removed
batch's GO terminator. A run of adjacent removed ALTERs collapses to zero
residue, no more 20+ blank lines between CREATE TABLE and the next kept
batch (observed on Mpleo's AkAsk.sql).
