Download Engine Overhaul & iOS 27 Resilience

• Interrupted downloads are no longer falsely marked complete — assets are verified segment-by-segment on launch and self-heal by re-downloading what's missing
• Survives iOS 27's broken background-transfer daemon: automatic in-process fallback with stall detection, honest Live Activity states ("Tap to resume"), and BGContinuedProcessingTask support for extended background downloading
• Batch downloads queue in episode order and retry failed/paused episodes; downloads stop their Plex transcode sessions promptly
• Playback failures are observed and logged; failed direct play automatically retries via the transcoder (fixes silent black screen on iOS 27)
• Up Next no longer kills Picture-in-Picture; auto-advance plays downloaded episodes offline
• Rich download notifications with poster artwork, episode/quality/size details, and tap-to-open
• Watched downloads restart from the beginning and sync watched state to the server
