Public site (/kontu, /kontu/:id): validated homes with the criteria explained, plus per-house pages — HD pinch-zoom/grid gallery, cost-of-ownership hierarchy, buyer-risk flags, OSM map, tap-to-explain labels, share + back nav. Photos hotlinked from the source CDN (no rehosting); pages are noindex.

Live monitor: new validated homes auto-publish and fire a Telegram photo-card whose button deep-links into the page.

Engine: Rust CLI/TUI (match · cost · risk · compare · card · watch · spec) with local deterministic cost & buyer-risk models; Cloudflare Worker (D1 + R2 + Cron). CI runs tests and auto-deploys the Worker on master.
