  • Attachment duplication: Each case ID gets independent copy of all attachments
  • Result fields: Custom result fields applied to each case ID independently
  • Case fields: Custom case fields applied to each case ID independently
  • Step results: Step results duplicated for each case ID independently
  • Code tests: 7 comprehensive unit tests added to verify all behavior
  • Data independence: Mutation test confirms modifying one case doesn't affect others
