docs: update wiki to match current file/directory API semantics
overwrite now defaults to false, CreateFile refuses an existing target,
directory Delete gains a recursive flag and silent missing-target deletes,
Rename rejects path separators, and OCI signed uploads throw on header-binding
options. Also documents access-denied as UnauthorizedAccessException, per-driver
FileWriteOptions support, and case-insensitive glob search.
docs: remove DirectoryPathMode; nested paths always single-call

docs: accuracy audit, add FAQ, document missing API types, normalize cloud factory param order
- Fix TransferStatus prop names in Usage.md (compile-breaking)
- Remove phantom OpenOrCreateChildFile hook from Custom-Drivers
- Add IMetadataAware, FileMetadata, DirectoryPathMode, TransferStatus,
FileListOffset, PartialMoveException sections to API.md
- Repoint DirectoryPathMode cross-links to canonical API anchor
- Normalize S3/OCI factories to (bucketName, rootPath, ...) order
- Add FAQ / Troubleshooting page
- Quick Start now leads with DI; document Memory glob matcher upgrade
